1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the access to and use of the Lumakio Discord application ("Service", "Bot"), operated and maintained by QuazarFutureTech LLC ("Company", "we", "us").

By adding Lumakio to your Discord server or interacting with its features, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described herein. This Policy is designed to comply with the Discord Developer Terms of Service and applicable data protection regulations.

2. Data Collection & Processing

To deliver our Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) automation, Lumakio processes specific data points provided via the Discord API.

A. Automatically Collected Data

To function, the Service processes the following public Discord data:

• User Identity: Discord User ID, Username, Discriminator, and Avatar hash.

• Server Metadata: Guild IDs, Channel IDs, Role hierarchies, and Emoji definitions.

• Command Telemetry: Timestamps, command usage frequency, and error codes generated during execution (used solely for debugging and optimization).

B. User-Configured Data Persistence

Lumakio does not store message content permanently by default. Message content is processed transiently only when:

1. A specific command prefix or "Slash Command" is invoked.
   
   

2. You explicitly enable a Persistent Logging Module (e.g., moderation logs, ticket transcripts). In such cases, data is stored only as necessary to fulfill the requested feature.
   
   

C. Transactional Data (Revenue)

For users purchasing Premium services:

• We process Transaction IDs and Subscription Status via our payment partners (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
  
  

• We do not store financial information (such as credit card numbers or bank account details) on our servers. All sensitive payment data is handled by the secure third-party processor.
  
  

D. Administrative Identity Verification

To secure the ecosystem and enable "Root Level" maintenance, the Service collects and compares the command issuer’s Discord User ID against a hardcoded list of authorized System Administrators (e.g., the Founder). This verification occurs locally within the bot’s logic to authenticate access to sensitive administrative functions.

3. Use of Data

We utilize collected data for the following "Sovereign Operations":

• Service Execution: To interpret commands, manage permissions, and automate server tasks as requested by the server administrator.
  
  

• System Integrity: To monitor API latency, prevent abuse (e.g., spam filtering), and debug software crashes.
  
  

• Compliance: To enforce our Terms of Service and adhere to legal requirements.

4. Data Retention

We adhere to a strict Data Minimization principle:

• Transient Data: Cached data (such as temporary command arguments) is cleared within 24-48 hours.

• Persistent Data: User configurations (e.g., "Welcome Message" settings, "Task Lists") are retained as long as the Bot remains in your server.

• Deletion: If the Bot is removed from a server, associated configuration data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days, barring any legal obligation to retain it.

5. Infrastructure & Security

Data is stored and processed using Secure Cloud Infrastructure (hosted via Google Cloud Platform). We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive database entries are encrypted.
  
  

• Access Control: Data access is restricted to authorized QuazarFutureTech personnel with specific security clearance (@♎・LVΩ).
  
  

• Disclaimer: While we strive to protect your data, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with:

• Discord Inc.: To function within the platform ecosystem.
  
  

• Payment Processors: To validate subscriptions (Transaction IDs only).
  
  

• Law Enforcement: Only if compelled by a valid subpoena, court order, or immediate threat to life.

7. User Rights & Data Control

Under applicable laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you hold the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about your User ID.
  
  

• Rectification: Request corrections to inaccurate data.
  
  

• Erasure: Request the deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").

8. Children’s Privacy

QuazarFutureTech LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy to reflect technological updates or legal changes. Significant modifications will be broadcast via our official news channels. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
