Lumakio Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Lumakio ("Service", "The Enforcer") to your Discord server or utilizing its features, you ("User", "Server Owner") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Sovereign Authority of the Service as outlined below, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server.

2. The "Infrastructure-as-a-Service" License

QuazarFutureTech LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lumakio for the purpose of server automation, moderation, and utility.

• Compliance: You may not use the Service to violate Discord’s Terms of Service, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

• The "Kill Switch": We reserve the right to terminate this license and blacklist your Server ID or User ID at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

3. Service Sovereignty & Administrative Rights

To ensure the integrity, security, and stability of the QFT™ ecosystem, QuazarFutureTech LLC and its designated Root Administrators (specifically the Founder/Developer) retain specific System Override Privileges:

A. The Founder’s Prerogative (Root Access)

The Founder retains Tier-0 Access to the Service's operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Emergency Intervention: The right to forcefully leave a server, mute the bot, or disable specific modules remotely if a threat to the ecosystem is detected.

• Debug Telemetry: The ability to inspect error logs and command execution flows (metadata only) to diagnose system failures in real-time.

• Policy Enforcement: The right to utilize the Service to neutralize threats (e.g., mass-ban malicious raiders) that pose a risk to the wider infrastructure.

B. The "Null" Protocol (Global Blacklisting)

We reserve the right to add specific User IDs or Guild IDs to a Global Denylist.

• Effect: Blacklisted entities will be blocked from inviting the Service, executing commands, or accessing the Dashboard.

• Permanence: This action is final. We are under no obligation to provide a reason for blacklisting.

C. Automated Enforcer Capabilities

By adding Lumakio to your server, you explicitly authorize the Service to:

• Manage Permissions: Execute kicks, bans, mutes, and role updates as instructed by your server's configuration.

• Self-Preservation: The Bot may automatically refuse commands or "Cooldown" specific users who attempt to overload (DDoS) or exploit the Service, independent of Server Admin settings.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The Service, including its codebase (integrating Q-Script logic), visual assets, "Personality Protocols," and the Lumakio brand, are the exclusive property of QuazarFutureTech LLC.

• No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy the bot’s logic.

5. Premium Services & Commercial Terms

• License Sovereignty: The Founder holds the sole authority to generate, distribute, and revoke License Keys for Premium features.

• Revocation: We may unilaterally revoke a License Key if it is shared publicly or used in violation of these Terms.

• Direct Grants: The Founder may manually override subscription status to grant access to specific partners. This privilege may be rescinded at any time.

• Billing: Premium features are billed directly via our payment partners (PayPal/Stripe). We do not store your financial details.

• Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Liability & "As-Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." QuazarFutureTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, server destruction, or "rogue" automation) resulting from your use—or misuse—of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of QuazarFutureTech's choosing.
